5 Super Effective Tips You can use TODAY for FAST Beard Growth

Today you’re going to learn some less commonly known techniques to help grow your beard quickly. We’re going to show you some super easy, but ultra effective beard growth you may not know about.

We’re not going to include this on the list, but the first thing you need to have is PATIENCE. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will your beard. There will be days where you look in the mirror, and you want to shave because it’s not looking good - but if you really want to achieve ultimate beard growth, you’re going to need to wait.

Without further ado, we’re going to jump right into numero uno.

Exercise Regularly.

Wait, what?! You’re probably thinking what the heck does exercising have to do with your beard growth?  Well, you’re going to learn today!


 As you know, there are many benefits to exercising regularly, but we’re going to focus on beard growth and exercise. By working out you’re raising your testosterone levels, and by doing this, it will stimulate hair growth and of course that includes your facial hair. Working out will also improve blood circulation which includes your face as well. After your workout when your body is recovering this can help with both skin and hair replenishment.

Don’t Ignore Your Skin

Sure, you love your beard, and we love our beards, too. But you can’t forget about your skin. You need to keep it healthy and moisturized. My recommendation to you is to exfoliate your skin at least once a week (ask a woman in your life about where to get this product, she will know) this removes the dry and dead skin cells that may be slowing your beard growth. Use a beard oil with eucalyptus on a daily basis and as needed throughout the day (you can try this one here, link to New Scotland)

Eat Better Foods

As mentioned in Tip #1 there is a very close relationship between your overall health and your beard. Like everything else in your body your hair needs nutrients to grow and flourish and here are some beard superfoods that can help with your beard growth. We’re not going to get into the exact science of them, but they have been proven effective.

  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Oysters
  • Eggs
  • Spinach
  • Liver

Trim it Up

Ok, we know what you’re thinking - you’re probably thinking well trimming my beard is removing it and I want it to grow. Trimming your beard will make it look more full and remove all the dead hairs that could be stunting your beard growth. Of course, you don’t have to make such drastic changes to your beard to make it seem more full - you just need to trim it up.

Try to “De-Stress”

Stress can eat at you, and that includes your beard. I know this isn’t exactly something that you can turn on and off - but if you focus on your happiness and well-being, you’ll be able to block out the stress at least. Stress can make your hair full out and can trigger alopecia areata which can cause bald patches all over your body, including your face.

Now keep in mind that everything takes time and an epic beard will require time, patience and persistence. If you want to be epic, wait.
